Additional Research Credits in Oncology 2026

The Funds Suzanne Duchesne, Serge Rousseau and Docteur Jean Gérard managed by the King Baudouin Foundation allow the FNRS to award Additional Research Credits Grants for postdoctoral researchers in the field of oncology.

Main features

  • These Additional Research Credits follow the same regulation as the regular Research Credits attached to these FNRS mandates and can be used to cover the same eligible running costs during their timespan.
  • Amount: 15.000 €/grant.
  • Number of grants available/call: 4

Eligible criteria 

  • Be a candidate to a FNRS’ Postdoctoral researcher fellowship (i.e chargé de recherche)
  • Having a research project in the field of oncology
  • Have a PhD seniority of max. 8 years

  • Opening of the call: 3 February 2026
  • Call deadline: 2nd March 2026
  • Panel meeting: Spring 2026
  • Start of the Grant: 2nd October 2026
