Research projects, Research credits, Incentive Grants for Scientific Research

The Fund for Scientific Research - FNRS launches a call for “Credits & Projects” applications every year. This call aims to support researchers in the development of research projects, by offering various funding opportunities.

This call offers a wide range of tools to provide researchers, carrying out a project of excellence, with scientific and technical personnel, equipment and operating means.

  • German research institutions eligible under the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG): German partners will need to follow the guidelines outlined on the DFG Weave page .
    • Please note: projects in collaboration with a German partner have a duration of 3 years with funding equivalent to that of a PDR lasting 4 years.
    • The start date of the PDR is set for 1 er april and the end date is March 31.
